Knowledge base can also be denoted as a library, it is an information resource which provides wide range of solutions, answers, and research enhancing ideas.

this project work is aimed at enhancing information resource circulation. these information are readily available and are mostly found in the library, this project is aimed at reducing information resource shortage which is a common factor in the library and also to contain the existing constraints of library usage, such as Time, Book damages, not-readily available books, and most library users poor library usage. this project work is designed to enhance the availability of most information resource found in the library and also made readily available overcoming the limitations of library usage. this project work design to exist in digital format as a software which is accessed using a computer system, and also it is achieved using VB.NET- for the software  coding and compilation.

the Knowledge-base software does not entirely take out the library functions and positive uses, but encourages individuals to sort after knowledge where available.
